There are a lots of cycle routes along and around the river. The Tweed Cycleway starts in Biggar and follows the river for 89 miles to the coast at Berwick-upon-Tweed.

Here is a selection of 11 cycle routes:
• Routes 16 – 19 are long rides between 55 and 250 miles.
• Routes 20 – 26 are shorter, between 9 and 23 miles.

Most towns have local routes which pass through beautiful scenery and areas of interest.
